How We Work

Formed in 2001, PLG is headquartered in Chicago with team members in Dallas, Houston, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Cleveland and New Jersey. We provide logistics consulting, management, solutions, implementation, engineering, due diligence, and facility development services. Our team is comprised of more than a dozen logistics veterans, all with at least 20 years of experience within major shipper, transportation, engineering, or related services companies.

Our clients get a team of industry experts working on their behalf. Our assembled talent is unrivaled in the industry, helping broaden and deepen logistics insights, ideas, techniques, strategies, capabilities and skills, as well as bolstering person-power and brain-power to root out costs, improve efficiencies, develop strategies, implement solutions, and enhance negotiating leverage with vendors.

Our team is solution-neutral and unbiased, able to implement multiple solutions from multiple vendors. We have no agenda other than what is best for our clients.

How the Team Works

Every new client is assigned a Project Manager and one or more Key Experts, which ensures close contact and managability. This Project Team are not the only experts working, however; each team also taps into our greater team talent pool, compiling their knowledge to make each client project a success.
